LABARIN AMINA DA MIJINTA ADAMU MAI CIKE DA HIKIMA

Amina ta auri mijinta Adamu tun kusan shekaru 48 da suka gabata. A kwana a tashi Muhammadu Auwalu ya kammala karatun Injiniyan Kwamfuta, a yayin da Muhammadu Sani kuma ya karanci ilimin duwatsu da albarkatun kasa da ake kira Geology, salisu kuwa yana aji na kusa da na karshe a jami’a inda yake karantar fannin aikin Injiyan Gona wato Agricultural Engineering.

Mahaifansu guda biyu Amina da Adamu farinciki a tattare da su kada ka tona, domin suna alfahari da wadannan yara nasu da kuma karatrun da suka yi, domin abinda su basu yi katarin samu ba yau ga ‘ya ‘yansu sun samu. Tamabaya, shin kana jin akwai wani mahaluki da zai cewa Amina karatun Boko Haramunne ta saurare shi ko ta yarda da zancensa? Shakka babu amsar wannan tambaya bayyananna ce. Haka kuma, zamu fahimci cewa ashe ‘ya ‘ya suna iya zama makaranta ga uwa mai wayo irin Amina, Lallai dole iyaya mata su ja ‘ya ‘yansu a jiki sosai domin sanin irin halin da suke ciki da kuma fahimtar yadda za’a bullowa lamarinsu, da ma daukar wani darasi abin koyi a tare da ‘ya ‘yan kamar yadda Amina ta yi.

A ganinka wane irin kanu ya kamata a baiwa wannan labari? Muna addu’ar Allah ya karbi ibadunmu a cikin wannan wata mai alfarma.

SUNA YIWA MANDELA FATAN HALAKA BASU SANI BA!!!

Allah mai girma da daukaka ya fada a cikin littafinsa mai tsarki cewa duk wanda ya kyautata, shima Allah zai kyautata masa, wannan magana da Allah ya yi gamammiyace ga duk wanda ya kyautata. Idan ya kasance mai Imani ne watakila Allah ya sanya wannan abin ya zama sanadiyar shigarsa Al-Jannah. Haka kuma wanda ya munana kishiyar haka na nan na jiransa. Allah ya ka bamu ikon kyautatawa, ka sanya a kyautata mana.

Bisa hukuncin Allah ya sanya Aljannah babu mai shigarta sai mai Imani. Allah ya tanadi Aljannah dan wadan da suka yi Imani kuma suka bi dokokinsa sau da kafa kuma basu ketare iyaka ba, wajen yi masa bauta, Subhanahu wata'ala. Idan wanda ba musulmi ba ya kyautata ya yi abin kirki da alkhairi bisa hukuntawarsa Subhanahu wata'ala sai ya tsawaita masa rayuwarsa ta duniya ko da kuwa a cikin wahala da tashin hankali yake yinta, domin halin da yake ciki a gidan duniya ya fi masa sauki sama da abinda zai tarar na Narko da Allah ya yi tanadi ga duk wanda basu yi Imani ba. Alhamdulillah bisa wannan ni'ima ta Musulunci.

Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela, dattijo ne mai farin gashi, gabbansa sunyi rauni, shekarunsa sun tafi, yayi ban-kwana da kuruciya da samartakarsa, dan-danon bakinsa ya salance, fatarsa ta yamushe, ganinsa ya ragu, tafiyarsa da maganarsa duk sun canza, ga rashin lafiya da ta ci karfinsa! Ya Salam. Duk wani mutum dan Afurka ko koma ba dan Afurka bane inda yana nan a raye ba shida bukatar a yi masa fassarar waye Mandela. Allah ya jarrabi Mandela da san fafutukar kwatowa bakar-fatar kasarsa 'yancinsu da aka danne aka maida su ba kowa ba a kasarsu ta haihuwa, aka take musu hakki, aka ci zarafinsu, aka wulakanta su. Tarihi zai jima yana shaida irin wannan kokari da Mandela ya yi wajen ganin al'ummar kasarsa da suke rayuwa tare sun samu sa'ida a cikin wannan rayuwa mai cike da kalubale.

Mandela ya sha dauri da muzgunawa watakila har da duka da kyara, duk akan waccan fafutuka tasa. Dauri kam ko huhun goro ba zai nunawa Mandela shan tamka ba, ya kwashe tsawon shekaru a gidan yari a daure laifinsa kawai shine yace bai yarda da muzgunawar tsirarun turawa fararen fata akan mafiya rinjayen bakaken fatar Afurka ta kudu ba. Hakika mutum irin Mandela dole ka tausayawa rayuwarsa bayan mutuwarsa, ganin irin yadda ya karar da samartakarsa da kuruciyarsa wajen Bautawa al'ummarsa da fatan ganin sun samu cikakken 'yancin yin walwala kamar sauran jama'a a fadin duniya, zaka tausaya masa ne, saboda ba shida wani rabo a gidan Lahira! Hasbinallahu wani'imal wakeel.

Tun da aka kai Mandela asibiti a 'yan makwannin da suka gabata jama'a da dama a fadin duniyar nan suka kasa kunne su ji cewa Mandela ya rigamu gidan gaskiya; amma cikin hukuntawarsa Rabbul-Izzati bai karbi rayuwar Mandela ba tukuna. 'Yan jarida da dama suka je bakin asibitin da aka kwantar da shi suka kasa suka tsare kowannensu na jiran a ce Mandela ya kwanta dama, dan ya kasance wanda ya riga kowa bayar da labarin, wasu ma har sun fara azarbabin cewar Mandela din tuni ya tunkuyi kasa, amma daga bisani sai rahotanni suce yana numfashi bisa taimakawar Na'u'rori.

Amma dai a bayyane take a garemu cewar wannan rayuwa ta wahala da jinya da Mandela yake ciki itace mafi sauki a gareshi sama da rayuwa bayan Mutuwa da kuma abin da za'a tarar ranar Gobe kiyama. Kaicon rayuwar Mandela! ya sha wahala, an daureshi, an muzguna masa, duk anan gidan duniya, shin tsammaninka idan ya mutu zai samu kyakykyawar rayuwa a gidan lahira? Allah ka sanya mu kasance wadan da kayi tanadin Al-Jannah dominsu.

SHIN BUHARI NE KE DA MATSALA KO MAGOYA BAYANSA?

Lokaci yayi da ya kamata mu san gaskiyar al’amura dangane da yadde siyasar General Muhammad Buhari take tsakaninsa da mogaya bayansa. Wannan wani batu ne mai muhimmanci a tunanina, kasancewar Buhari mutum daya tamkar da dubu a tsakanin dukkan ‘yan siyasar Arewacin Najeriya ko ma Najeriya gaba daya kwata, wannan ta sanya ya yiwa tsaraiku zarra, a dukkan harkokin sisaya, haka kuma, Buhari ya zama mutum mafi girman tasirin fada a ji a harkokin siyasar Arewacin Najeriya a tsakanin ‘yan Arewa.

APP ta yi kokari ta sake ciwo jiha mai matukar muhimmanci wato Kano a zaben 2003 da aka ce Buhari bai samu Nasara ba, a hankali ana tafiya, kida na canzawa rawa ma na canzawa. Inda Buhari ya yi asarar manyan magoya bayan da aka dinga cewa su tafi Allah ya raka taki gona daman su ba na gari bane, kamar yadda abin yake Jam’iyyar Burai ta ciwo Kano kuma ancinye mata wasu.

Kamar kulab din wasan kwallaon kafa ne da ya rasa mahara da tsayayyun masu kare gida, dole idan abokin karawarsa ya iyi taka leda yadda ya kamata yayi ta shansa kwallaye babu kakkautawa, kusan haka ne abinda ya faru da Buhari inda aka yi ta zurawa jam’iyyarsa kwallaye duk kuwa da tunanin da ake na cewa yana da zakakuran ‘yan kwallo da tunda suke wasa a baya ba’a taba cin galaba akansu ba.

Kafin kaiwa zuwa ga kafauwar sabuwar jam’iyyar CPC wadda ta kafu cike da rudani da hayaniya, tuni jiga-jigan mutane wadan da ake musu kirari da cewa idan ka gansu tamkar kaga Buhari ne suka raba gari da Buharin. Mutane irinsu Hajiya Najatu Muhammad, wadda take zaman mace mafi kusanci da Buhari a siyasance ta raba tafiya da tsohon ubangidanta da mutane irinsu Muhammad Adamu Bello da su Brig. Gen Magashi a gefe guda kuma tuni aka raba hanya da irinsu Attahiru Dalhatu Bafarawa inda suka kafa sabuwar jam’iyyarsu mai abarba, wanda shima ya yagi na yaga daga cikin magoya bayan Buharin.

A jumlace baya ga jihohin da jam’iyyar su Buhari suka yi asara sun kuma yi asarar manyan mutane wadan da ko dai suka fito karara suka bayyana basa tare da Buhari ko kuma wadan da suka ja baki suka yi shiru amma kuma sun janye jikinsu a tare da Gen. Buhari, a har kullum masu hikima na cewa shi jari a wajen dan siyasa shine jama’a. Buhari ya rasa mutane irinsu Bukar Abba Ibrahim, Sanata Ali Shareeff, Yariman Bakura, Adamu Aleiru, Ibrahim Shekarau, Bafarawa, Najatu Muhammad da sauransu masu yawan gaske, watakila wasu su zargi wadannan mutane da cewar daman sune suka ciwa Buhari dunduniya a tafiyar ANPP  har suka yi masa hayaki, Allah shine masani.

Bayan da Buhari ya kafa sabuwar jam’iyyar CPC ta samu farin jini tare da karbuwa a wajen talakawa ainun. Jam’iyyar da kusan zaka ce tun da aka kafata da sabbin rikice-rikice ta fara wadan da ake ganin irinsu ne suka sa Buharin ya baro tsohuwar jam’iyyarsa ta ANPP, kafuwar CPC ke da wuya mutane masu bukatar kashin kansu suka dinga yi mata tururwa suna kunno kai ciki, da nufin samun albarkacin Buhari dan kaiwa zuwa ga madafun iko a matakai daban-daban, wanda wannan yana daya daga cikin abubuwa da suka dagwalgwala tafiyar CPC a kusan galibin jihohin Arewa, misali a Kaduna kowa yasan cewar Hon Sani Sha’aban shi ne kusan mutum na farko da zaka lissafa a matsayin na hannun daman Buhari, wanda saboda kaunarsa da Buhari yake sai da Buharin yaki halartar gangamin kaddamar da dukkan ‘yan takara na CPC a jihar Kaduna amma ya halarci gangamin kaddamar da takarar Sha’aban, daga bisani tafiya bata yi nisa ba aka nemi Sha’aban aka sara ya sulale yabar CPC.

Haka kuma, a jihohi irinsu Kano da Katsina da Bauchi da Taraba da Bauchi aka dinga samun rikicin da ya hanawa jam’iyyar wani katabus da zai kaita ga iya kaiwa zuwa ga samun Nasara, duk wannan an zargi wasu daga cikin manyan magoya bayan Buharin da haddasa wannan sabatta-juyatta dan a gurgunata tafiyar CPC da Buhari a wannan jihohi.

Wani muhimmin batu anan shi ne yadda Buhari ya kasa gane masoyansa na hakika da kuma makiyansa na zahiri. Eh! Wannan batu gaskiya ne, domin a jihar Kebbi, Buhari ya dauki al’amuran jam’iyyar CPC sukutum ya mikawa tsohon Gwamna Adamu Aleiru wanda da dama daga cikin makusantan Buhari suka ga baikensa, domin ya kasa fahimtar masoya na hakika, daga cikin wadan da suka ja hankalin Buhari akan kuskuransa na danka ragamar CPC a hannun Adamu Aleiru har da tsohon dogarinsa tsohon sarkin Gwandu Jakolo, haka aka wayi gari Aleiru ya kwarewa Buhari baya inda da shi da dantakararsu na gwamna Gari Malam da sauran magoya bayansu duk suka yiwa PDP kome.

Idan kuma ka dauki jihar Buhari ta Katsina suma haka al’amura suka dagule aka yi kiki-kaka tsakanin bangaren Lado Danmarke da ake ganin babu makawa da ya tsaya a tutar jam’iyyar CPC sai ya kai labari, da kuma tsohon kakakin majalisa Aminu Bello Masari. Itama jihar Kano haka abin yake, inda aka ja tunga tsakanin bangaren Muhammadu Abacha da kuma na Jafaru Isa wanda ake ganin idon Buhari akansa yake, da kuma wanda yake ikirarin cewar shine mutumin da aka yiwa CPC rijista da sunansa, kuma ya bata gidansa a matsayin shalkwatarta wato Sanata Rufai Hanga. A Bauchi da Taraba ma haka labarin yake inda akayi ta samun jumurda a tsakanin ‘ya ‘yan jam’iyyar ta CPC. Duk wadannan abubuwa da suka wakana marasa dadi, rana a tsaka Buhari ya janyo tsohon Minister Nasiru Elrufai a matsayin bakaniken Jam’iyyar CPC, abinda watakila zamu iya tambaya, rikicin da Buhari duk da kima da tasirinsa ya gagareshi shawo kansa, El-Rufai zai iya?

Idan kuma, muka koma batun cewa Buhari ya kasa fahimtar magoya bayansa na hakika da makiyansa na zahiri, sai muga cewa rana a tsaka Buhari ya tsinci wasu mutanen da basu sha wata wahala a tare da shi ba, ya ture wandan da aka dauki dogon lokaci tare da su, ya janyo wadannan tsintattun magunan da PDP ce tayi musu dumi suka tsallake ta, misali mutane irinsu tsohon Minister Nasiru ElRufai da tsohon Kakakin Majalisa Aminu Bello Masari da tsohon Minister Hassan Lawal, wadannan mutane Buhari ya fifita bukatunsu sama da na kowa a cikin sabuwar CPC din, a cikin wadannan mutane wanda zaka ce yana gaba da su a wajen Buhari shine Sule Hamma Yahaya sai kuma Injiniya Buba Galadima.

Kwatsam kuma a makon da ya gabata sai muka ji cewa Buba Galadima ya bayyana ficewarsa daga dukkan al’amuran siyasa inda zai koma gefe ya zama dan kallo. Haka kuma, dukkan wanda ya karanta hirar Buba Galadima a jaridar Aminiya kuma ya yi masa adalci zaiga cewar batun fifita su Elrufai da aka tsinta rana a tsaka aka dankwafe su Buban da dasu aka dinga fadin tashin ganin al’amura sun gudana na daga cikin dalilin barin Buban harkokin siyasa. Daiyabu ya gayawa Buhari a cikin wannan wasika cewar shi Abdulkarim Daiyabu yafi Buhari sanin waye Sule Hamma, domin yace tare suka yi karatu kuma suka shiga harkokin siyasa tun jamhuriya ta biyu, inda ya tabbatarwa da Buhari cewar akwai kuskuren sakarwa Hamma ragama da yayi, domin kuwa ya tunawa Buhari cewar a lokacin da Buhari yake shugaban kasar soja shi da kansa ya kama Sule Hamma ya daure a saboda Sulen ya ci amanar kasarnan, wanda yace Sulen na nan da bakin cikin daurin da Buhari yayi masa, amma duk da haka Buhari ya cigaba da maida Sule Hamma danlele da baya laifi.

Daga karshe ina kira ga Gen. Ya kamata Buhari ya sasanta da dukkan wadan da suke ganin anyi musu ba daidai ba, haka kuma wadan da Buhari yake ganin sunyi masa ba daidai ba, suma dole ya yafe musu wajen ganin angudu tare kuma an tsira tare.

Mun san da cewar Buhari talakawa ne a gabanka, amma da dama daga cikin wadan da suke cikin wannan tafiya taka akwai wadan da basu da wata alaka ko ta kusa ko ta nesa da talakawa illa iyaka bukatun kansu, ko kuma wani laifi da suke ganin PDP tayi musu, dan haka suka dawo bangaren Adawa dan su huce haushinsu.

Sheikh Dr. Abdulhaiy Yusuf, wani hamshakin Malamin Sunnah ne dan asalin kasar Sudan mazaunin kasar Abu-Dhabi a yankin Larabawa. Hasbinallahu Wani'imal wakeel! Wannan wata baiwa ce da Allah yake baiwa wasu mutane kalilan daga cikin al'umma, kuma wannan Tawalu’u ne irin na Shiekh AbdulHaih Yusuf.

A kasar Abu-Dhabi da Sheikh Abdulhaiy yake limanci a wani katafaren Masallaci, wani muhimmin al-amari ya auku. Allah gatan bawansa, Sheikh AbdulHaiy Yusuf ya kama Hanya zuwa kasarsa ta SUDAN. Dawowarsa ke da wuya, wani hamshakin Attaijiri daga kasar Abu-Dhabi ya zo ya same shi, ya ce masa ya fadi inda duk yake son a gina masa masallaci a ko ina ne shi mutumin zai gina daga Dalar Amerika daya har zuwa Dalar Amerika Miliyan Goma! Ya Salam! Kaji hukuncin Ubangiji, da yadda al’amarin rike gaskiya yake daukaka mutum.

Wannan attajiri ya ginawa Sheikh AbdulHaiy Yusuf wani katafaren Masallaci a birnin Khartoum, Masallaci mai hawa uku, an kawata masallacin yadda yayi daidai da dukkan wasu manyan masallatai na duniya, sannan ya gina masa wani katafaren gida mai hawa uku, da sabbin motoci na alfarma domin duk dan Shiekh ya cigaba da da’awar yada Addinin Allah. Yanzu haka Shikeh AbdulHaiy yana daga cikin Manyan Malaman Sunnah kuma jagoran Ahlussunnah a kasar ta Sudan.

Haka al’amarin gaskiya yake idan ka tsaya a gareta baka bi son zuciya ba Sai Allah ya daukaka ka ta sanadiyarta. Ya Allah ka bamu ikon tsayawa akan gaskiya komai tsanani.

Wannan batu da ya dauki hankalin kusan galibin kafafen yada labarai na gida  da na kasashen waje, da kuma musamman shafukan Internet a`yan kwanakin da suka gabata, wato batun auren nan da suke kira “Early Marriage” a turance, Sanata Yarima shine kan gaba wajen tattauna wannan batu, duk wani shakiyyi ko wata shakiyyiya da suka tashi yin batun akan wannan al’amari suna kawo Sanata Yarima ne a zaman jigon tattaunawarsu, ba dan komai ba sai dan shi Sanata Yarima ya auri  wata yarinya ‘yar asalin kasar Masar mai shekaru sha-uku a shekarun da suka gabata. Kaga anan gabar ne mutum zai kafirta kansa, domin a kaikaice suna son su ce Manzon Allah SAW ya auri Nana-Aisha a shekaru 9 amma kuma shi ya aurar da diyarsa a shekaru 18! Wallahi duk wanda ya zargi Manzon Allah ko waye shi ya kafirta ya sani ko bai sani ba.

Wani jahili dakiki da yake son nunawa duniya cewar shima yana da Ilimin addini tunda shi Musulmi ne. Wai yana neman da’ifanta Hadisin da yake cikin Bukhari. Shin yana da hankali ma kuwa? Alh. Isyaku shi kuma yana da Matan aure guda biyu da ‘ya ‘ya mata cikinsu kuwa har da wadda ta shiga Jami’a. shima a nasa bangaren ya sanar da matansa cewar zai kara aure ya kuma gaya musu shekarun yarinyar inda matansa suka hade masa kai akan cewa sam ba zai auro musu ‘yar cikinsu ba a matsayin KISHIYARSU, nan dai yayi barazana irin tasa ya kuma tabbatar musu da cewar ba gida daya Nabila zata zauna da su ba, domin samun saukin kishi, haka nan dai suma suka saduda. Umman Amira ta ce gaskiya bazan sa miki wannan rigarba gidan biki zamuje, idan na sa miki bata ta zakiyi, nan Amira ta kara cewa Umma dan Allah ki sa min wannan rigar, Umman Amira ta kara nanata mata cewa gaskiya bazan sanya miki wannan rigarba! Nan amira ta tafi da gudu dakin mahaifinta sanye da "under wears" Babanta yace ya baki sa riga ba,sai tace Umma tace bazata sa min wannan Rigarba, ta dauko rigar ta nuna masa, nan mahaifin Amira ya kira Umman Amira yace ki sa mata wannan rigar mana, Tace Haba! Abban Amira gidan Biki zamu je idan na sa mata bata rigar nan zata yi kaga kuma fara ce, Jin haka sai Amira ta sa kuka, babanta ya rarrasheta yace yi hakuri.

Nan umman Amira ta kamo hannunta taje ta sanya mata wasu kaya riga da wando masu ruwan kasa, amma dai fuskar Amira babu Annuri. Hakanan suka kama hanya zuwa gidan biki, sun tafi da zummar zasu kwana biyu saboda bikin dangi ne, can bayan Magriba a gidan biki jama'a sun cika sai wani Yaro ya taho a Guje yana cewa ga Amira can na Gudawa a waje, kan kace kwabo umman Amira ta garzaya inda ta kamo hannunta tana fada tana cewa yanzu a waje yakiyi kashi sai na miki duka, nan Amira ta kara cewa a dorata a FO, aka miko Fo ana dora Amira sai da ta cika Fo din nan taf! Hankalin Umman Amira ya tashi domin tasan babu lafiya, nan da nan ta kira kaninta Nasiru yazo damotarsa inda suka garzaya Asibitin Nasarawa da Amira. Allahu Akbar! Kafin su isa asibitin Amira ta rasu! Suna zuwa likita ya karbeta ya yi mata gwaji-gwaje, ya ce musu ai ta rasu!

Daga nan fa biki ya kare, mutane da yawa sun yi jimamin mutuwar Amira ainun. Umman Amira ta bugawa Abban Amira waya akan yazo dan ta sanar d shi halin da ake ciki, ko da yazo ashe tuni ya samu labarin cewa Allah ya yiwa diyarsa Amira rasuwa. Abin da Abban Amira ya fara cewa da Umma Amira shine "ME YA SA BAKI SANYA MATA RIGAR DA TAKE SOBA" wannan magana ta girgiza Umman Amira matuqa da gaske! Abban Amira bai gushe ba yana maimata wannan magana, me ya sa baki sanya mata rigar da take so ba, yana zubar da hawaye yana maimaitawa! Yace ta rasu da bakin cikin abinda take so bata samu ba. Umman Amira tace har aka yi wata guda da Rasuwar Amira Abbanta yana maimaita wannan maganar "ME YA SA BAKI SA MATA RIGAR DA TAKESO BA" Ta rasu tana da bakin cikin abinda take so bata samu ba. Umman Amira tace hakika duk sadda ya ambaci wannan magana sai na girgiza ainun. Ni kaina da nake baku labarin na girgiza da Rasuwar Amira na santa yarinya ce mai fara'a da san mutane ta rasu bata wuce shekaru uku zuwa hudu ba. Ya Allah ka jikan Musulmi.

Lallai ya kamata Hukumar Karota su sani cewar jihar Kano jiha ce ta dukkan al’ummar Arewacin Najeriya dama sauran masu zuwa yin fatauci su koma a kullum ranar Allah daga sassa da dama na Najeriya da wasu daga cikin kasashe makwabtan Najeriya. Yana da kyau Karota su sani gwamnatin Kano bata kafa su ba dan su ci zarafin al’umma ba, a’a sai dan su kawo gyara da tsabtace al’amura da suka danganci harkar sufuri da harkar futo a jihar KANO, shi kuma aiki irin nasu yana bukatar hakuri da taka-tsan-tsan da kiyaye al-farmar mutanen KANO da bakinsu.

Wasu rahotanni na nuna cewar da yawan bakin da suke shigowa KANO dan yin fatauci ko safarar hajoji suna kaurcewa saboda tsoran wulakancin ‘Yan Karota. Ko shakka babu, indai wannan batu gaskiya ne, to akwai mummunan koma baya a harkar kasuwanci a jihar Kano, domin kasancewar Jallah-Babbar-Hausa cibiya ce ta kasuwanci ga dukkan kasashen Arewa da makwabtanmu kamar Nijar da Kamaru da Chadi, bama fatan ace mun rasa bakinmu ‘yan kasuwa ko kadan, Bil-hasalima kullum fatanmu wadan da basu zo ba ma su zo dan yin kasuwanci a jiharmu Me Albarka. Haka kuma, bayanai sun tabbatar da cewar Karota suna yankawa mutane tara mai yawan gaske da ta wuce kima, bayanai sun nuna cewar ana yankawa mutane tara tun daga dubu dari har zuwa miliyan daya, wanda wannan ko shakka babu akwai zalunci da kuma tsanantawa a cikinsa! Haka kuma, akan tursasawa mutane biyan tara ba tare da ambasu rasid’I ba, sai dai kawai a basu “teller” su je banki su biya, idan mutane sun bukaci rasid’ sai ace masa babu, wannan kam indai haka abin yake zalunci ne tsabage, kuma Allah ba zai kyale ba ko da wanda aka zalunta ya kyale.

Da farko, Anan, muna kira ga al’umma da su kiyaye da bin dokoki da kuma ka’idojin da hukumomi suka gindaya. Lallai bin doka da Oda shine cikar wayewa da kuma sanin ya kamata da ciwon kai. Haka kuma, muna kira ga mai girma Gwamnan Kano Engr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, da cewa lallai gwamnati ta binciki yawan korafe-korafen da jama’a suke yi akan ‘yan Karota, akan muzgunawa da tsanantawa wani lokacima har da cin zarafi da suke yiwa jama’a, lallai wannan hakkin kune Maigirma Gwamna wajen kare hakkin jama’ar da kuke shugabanta da kuma tabbatar da abinda ya fi zama maslahawa wajen habakar kasuwancin jihar Kano da walwalar al’ummar jihar Kano da bakinta.

Daga karshe zan sake jaddada kira ga Shugabannin Hukumar Karota da suji tsoron Allah a cikin ayyukansu, su sani aikinsu baya nufin cin-zarafin mutane ko muzguna musu ko da kuwa sun aikata laifi, lallai kyakykyawar Mu’alama itace Musulunci inji Manzon Allah.

Allah ya taimaki jihar Kano ya kara habaka tattalin Arzikinmu da Arewa da kuma Najeriya baki daya.

Bayan da kwamitin tsaro na Majalisar dinkin duniya ya yi wata tattaunawa ne akan abinda yake faruwa a Dafur, Kwaryar Majalisar dinkin duniyar karkashin jagorancin Ban ki-Moon suka amince su hada kai da kungiyar kasashen Afurka ta AU domin neman hanyar da za’a tura sojojin kiyaye zaman lafiya a yankin Dafur. A ranar 5 ga watan mayun 2006, aka cimma wannan yarjejeniya tsakanin UN da AU. An amince akan cewar kungiyar kasashen Afurka zasu tura sojojin karo-karo dan aikin da suka kira kiyaye zaman lafiya karkashin kulawar Majalisar dinkin duniya. Inda Majalisar dinkin Duniyar zata bayar da dukkan kudaden da ake bukata wajen aikin, sannan kuma ta nada Mohamed Ibn Chambas dan kasar Ghana a matsayin Manzon musamman da mai taimaka masa Joseph Mutababa dan Rwanda a yankin na Dafur.

Gwamnatin Khartoum itama a nata bangaren ta bayar da hadin kai wajen aikin samar da dawwamammen zaman lafiya. Inda aka samar da katafariyar Sakatariyar United Nation Mission in Dafur (UNAMID), amma ko da aka yi wannan Hadaka tuni anci karfin ‘yan tawayen Dafur, ta yadda baka ganin komai a Dafur sai konannun gine-gine da rusassun wurare. Amma duk da haka aka dinga bayar da rahotannin yakin na cigaba tsakanin Gwamnatin Khartoum da ‘yan tawaye da kuma Janjaweed, wanda wannan ma karya ce tsabage ake shararata domin daurewa ‘yan sa’idon majalisar dinkin duniya gindi su cigaba da kasancewa a yankin na Dafur.

Ashe akwai wata kudundunanniyar manufa ta Majalisar dankin duniya wanda kowa yasan Amurka da kasashen Turai ke sarrafa akalarta. Abin da suka yi kuwa shine tuni kafin turo masu aikin zaman lafiya da bayar da kayan agaji da suka hada da barguna da garin fulawa da sabulu da man girki, sun turo wasu turawa wadan da suka iya Magana da larabci, aka kuma warwatsa su cikin yankin na Dafur dan wancan aikin da suka kira na bayar da agaji, amma babban aikin da suka fi mayar da hankali shine “yada addinin kirista a tsakanin mutanan Dafur”, wannan al’amari ni ganau ne akan haka. Domin kuwa turawan sun zo da tarin dubban faya-fayan CD mai kunshe da wa’azin kiristanci cikin harshen larabci inda suka dinga shiga kauyuka suna tara kauyawa suna haska musu wadannan faya-fayai a majigi, tare da rarraba musu kasa-kasan CD na wa’azin kirista da suke dauke da hoton gicciye baro-baro.

Samun wannan labari na kokarin yada addinin kirsta tsakanin mutanan Dafur da sunan cewa ana raba musu kayan agaji da kuma aikin jin kai ya sanya gwamnatin Khartoum ta nemi juyawa al’amarin baya! Domin a karon farko gwamnatin Khartoum ta bayar da umarnin binciken dukkan akwatuna da kwantainonin Majalisar dinkin duniya da aka shigo da su kasar kafin isarsu yankin Dafur, wanda kuma kamar yadda yake a dokar Majalisar dinkin duniya dukkan wasu kaya na UN ba’a bincikensu ko menenen kuwa, amma shugaba Bashir yayi mursisi yace ko Ban Ki-Moon ne yazo Sudan sai an caje shi, ba wai kayan UN ba, wannan al’amari bai yiwa majalisar Dinkin duniya dadi ba, musamman kasashen Turai da Amurka, a dalilin haka aka dinga maida wasu kayan inda suka fito wasu kuma Gwamnatin Khartoum ta hana musu isa yankin na Dafur.

Daga bisani abin ya rincabe inda Shugaba Bashir yace shi fa daga yanzu kungiyar tarayyar Afurka kadai zai yarda da ita a yankin Dafur, inda yace ya baiwa Majalisar dinkin duniya wasu awanni su tattara yanasu-yanasu su fice su bar Sudan. Nan dai ana wannan sabatta juyatta ne Majalisar Dinkin duniya suka bullo da wata dabara ta tattara neman taimako domin sake gina yankin Dafur da yaki ya dai-daita a cewarsu. Anan aka yi amfani da kasashen Larabawa wajen rarrashin shugaba Bashir inda ya yarda da wannan bukata, ya kuma baiwa majalisar ta dinkin duniya iznin sake bude Ofishinsu a Sudan, amma dai dokar binciken kayansu bai janye taba.
Daman kuma kamar yadda gaskiyar lamari take shine Dukkan wata harka ta Diplomasiyya harka ce da take kunshe da munafurci fal cikinta, abu ne da za’a dinga yi cikin nuku-nuku da kumbiya-kumbiya da kin bayyana gaskiyar lamura yadda suke, sai dai a boye, kuma kowa na cin dunduniyar kowa.

A watan Nuwamban 2010 aka cimma yarjejeniyar tara taimakon da za’a sake gina yankin na Dafur a birnin Doha na kasar Qatar inda shi kansa Sarkin Qatar ya kasance na gaba-gaba wajen nemo wannan taimako. Inda ya karbi alhakin karbar bankuncin duk wani taro da za’a yi a Doha domin yadda za’a tattara wannan taimako. Majalisar dinkin duniya da AU da kuma Arab League da Gwamnatin Qatar da Gwamnatin Khartoum suka zauna domin shirya yadda tsarin abin zai kasance. Da sunce baza su mika taimakon zuwa ga gwamnatin Khartoum ba, da suna ji tsoron mika taimakon da aka samu zuwa wajen gwamnatin Khartoum dan gudun kada a karkata akalar kudin ba yadda aka tsara ba. Inda ita kuma gwamnatin Khartoum ta shata layi akan cewa zata bari a sake gina yankin amma bisa sharuddan banda giggina wuraren da ta haramta kamar dandulan shakatawa da zai dinga kunsar jama’a mata da maza da mashaya da gidajen kallon fina-finai da sauransu, sai dai samar da famfunan tuka-tuka da hanyoyi da dakunan shan-magani da sauransu. An amince da hakan, amma kamar yadda muka fada duk wasu harkoki na Diplomasiyya karyace da yaudara da cin dunduniya a cikinta shi ya sa ita kanta gwamnatin Khartoum din bata tsaya ta zuba ido a samo kudi azo ayi mata abinda aka ga dama ba, a gefe guda kuma suma manyan kasashen da suke son ganin bayan Shugaba Bashir suna ta nasu aikin na ganin yadda za’a ciyo logarsa, a kwashe masa kafafu ba tare da ya ankare ba. Akwai wani batu mai muhimmanci sshine na yadda aka yi amfani da ICC wajen kama shugaba Bashir da laifukan yaki. . . . . . . . . . . . . Insha Allahu zan cigaba.

Bayan da gwamnatin Khartoum taci nasarar kawo karshen yakin da aka jima ana gwabzawa da Mutanan kudanci, da kuma wani bangare na mayakan yankin Dafur wadan da suka mika wuya domin samun zaman lafiya. A nan ne masu adawa da shugaba Bashir suka maida hankali wajen taimakon daya bangaren na ‘yan tawayen Dafur day a taurare karkashin jagorancin Ibrahim Khalil, wannan ta baiwa Khalil damar kulla dangantaka mai karfi da Kanal Gaddafi na Libya idan aka dinga shigo masa da makamai da kuma bashi maqudan kudaden gudanarwa, da nufin maida hankali akansa dan sabauta gwamnatin Bashir.

Shi Gaddafi yana fama da wani irin ciwo na san sai ya shugabanci kasashe da dama. A karon farko ya fara neman kafa Katafariyar kasar Larabawa wadda zata game dukkan kasashen Larabawa, kuma sannan shi Gaddafi ya zama shugabansu, wannan kuduri na Gaddafi bai samu shiga kunnan Shugabanni kasashen Larabawa ba musamman hadaddiyar kungiyarsu ta “Arab League” tuni kasashe irinsu Masar wadda itace kasa mafi tasiri ta fuskar Diplomasiyya ta sa kafa ta shure wannan bukata ta Gaddafi duk kuwa da dimbin kudaden da ya dinga zurarawa AlQahira a matsayin tashiyar baki.

Daga baya Gaddafi ya koma neman kafa hadaddiyar Kasar Afurka kwaya daya wadda shine zai zama shugabanta. Wannan ya kara nuna kulafucin Shugaba Gaddafi na san mulkar kasashe da dama bayan kasarsa ta Libya da ta zama Mallakinsa, kasancewar kasashen Afurka mafiya yawancinsu ‘yan Rabbana ka wadata mu ne, Gaddafi yayi amfani da kudi da kuma nuna isa a duk lokacin da aka tashi yin taron kasashen AU, inda shine mutumin da yafi kowanne shugaba zuwa da tawaga mai dauke da mutane masu yawa, sannan duk inda zashi da Motocinsa yake yawo sama da guda Hamsin, haka kuma, idan antashi taro baya daukar ko tsinke ya koma da shi Turabulus. Kasashen Afurka da dama sun masa tustu akan wannan bukata tashi Musamman Shugaban Ethiopia Meliz Zenawi shine ya fito karara ya fara sukar wannan bukata ta Gaddafi kafin daga bisani ya samu goyon bayan kasashe da dama.

A saboda haka ne, Giyar mulkin da take dibar Gaddafi ta gaya masa karya, inda ya dinga amfani da kudi yana daurewa Tawayen da a Karshe shine silar ajalinsa gindi tare da basu makamai da kudade. Gaddafi ya zamewa kasashen Afurka da dama wata irin “zuma” ga zaki kuma ga harbi, dan suna son kudinsa sannan kuma suna tsoron tawayen da zai kai ga subucewar gwamnatocinsu.

A dan haka ne, wuta ta kara ruruwa a yankin Dafur, ana haka sai akaji bullar wasu mutane da suke yakar Bangaren Ibrahim Khalil dan mara baya ga Gwamnatin Khartoum, wadannan mutane su ake kira da sunan JANJAWEED! An zargi gwamnatin Khartoum da cewar itace ta daurewa Janjaweed gindi suke aitaka ta’addanci a yankin Dafur, abinda Gwamnatin Khartoum din ta sha musantawa cewa bata da hannu a cikin al’amarin Janjaweed, Allah Masani! Su wadannan mutane kafofin watsa labarai na kasashen waje suna kiransu da cewa “Larabawan Janjaweed” wanda hakan kai tsaye kamar dangantasu ne da Gwamnatin Khartoum. Amma abin lura anan shine ko shakka babu Turai da Amerika sunyi amfani da wasu kalamai na rashin gaskiya, domin da farko su wadannan Janjaweed din Bakaken Mutane ne kamar yadda Shugaba Bashir yake Bakar fata ko da ka kirashi balarabe, amma saboda cimma manufar muzantawa da nuna cewa akwai wariyar Launin fata a tattare da Gwamnatin Khartoum (wanda kai tsaye bazaka karyata nan take ba) sai ake bayar da rahotannin cewa Larabawan janjaweed suna kashe Bakaken fatar yankin Dafur, a zahiri wannan karya ce, domin su kansu Janjaweed bakaken fata ne, kawai wannan wata shegantaka ce ta kasashen Turai dan cimma boyayyar manufarsu akan gwamnatin Bahsir.

Babu wanda zaice Gwamnatin Khartoum bata aikata laifi a Dafur ba, anyi dukkan abinda akayi marar kyau. Amma dai rahotannin da aka dinga bayarwa na cewa an kashe sama da mutum 200,000 da warwatsa sama da Mutum miliyan biyu wannan katafariyar karya ce da Majalisar dinkin duniya suka shara, domin shi kansa yankin Dafur din mutane nawa yake kunsa na al’ummar Sudan mai mutane Miliyan 40 idan ka hada da mutanan da suka balle suka kafa kasar Sudan ta Kudu.

Duk wannan abinda yake faruwa ana yi ne dan samun hanyar kaiwa zuwa ga shigar da kasashen Turai kasar Sudan, dan yin leken asiri na keke-da-keke, domin tun zamanin Shugaban Amurka Bill-Williams Clinton da suka kaiwa Sudan din hari suke da kulafucin wargaza kasar ta kowanne hali. Kamar yadda muka fada a bayanan da suka gabata da farko anso ayi amfani da mutanan Kudancin Sudan dan wargaza kasar, wanda wannan hakar bata cimma ruwa ba. Kuma hakan ya kai ga kisan Shugaban mutanan kudancin Sudan John Garang, sai kawai a 2005 Majalisar Dinkin duniya ta kafa kwamitin binciken abinda yake faruwa a Dafur da ya kai ga Kafa United Nation Mission in Dafur (UNAMID) . . . . . . . . Bayan da aka gwabza kazamin fada tsakanin kungiyoyin Sudan Liberation Movement (SLM) da kuma Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) karkashin jagorancin Abdulwahid Muhammad Nour da Ibrahim Khalil, da kuma gwamnatin Khartoum a gefe guda karkashin Jagorancin Shugaba Bashir, hakika sakamakon yayi muni ainun. Sannan kuma a daya bangaren ga yakin da ake kafsawa tsakanin Kudancin Sudan da kuma Arewaci, a dan haka gwamnatin Khartoum taga babu abinda ya kamata kamar neman hanyoyin da za'a warware bakin zaren wadannan matsaloli da suka yi mata daurin gwarmai. Gwamnatin Bashir ta fara yunkurin sasantawa akan Tebur da  Sudan People’s Liberation Movement/Army (SPLM/A) dan ta kawo karshen fadan da yake tsakaninsu da mutanan Kudanci. Bayan da gwamnatin Khartoum ta nemi shugabannin yankin Kudanci wato su John Garang a sasanta dan neman samun zaman lafiya, wannan abin bai yiwa kasashen yamma dadi ba domin ko shakka babu suna cin kasuwarsu da wannan dogon rikici na kudu da Arewa. Ba tare da kai ruwa rana ba John Garang ya amince da bukataun gwamnatin Khartoum na samun zaman lafiya tsakanin bangarorin biyu.

Me zai faru bayan da John Garang ya amince da sasantawa? Wasu bayanai sunce wasu daga cikin kasashen da suke makwabtaka da Yankin Kudancin Sudan karkashin zugar kasashen Turai sun zuga Garang akan kada ya amince da gwamnatin Khartoum dan sasanta wannan rikici, amma Mista Garang yayi kunnen uwar shegu inda ya kama hanya ya nufi Khartoum ya sadu da Shugab Bashir dan shirya yadda za'a fara tattaunawa inda aka amince da Naivasha ta kasar Kenya kafin daga bisani a koma Adis Ababa tare da sa idon su Thabo Mbeki na Afurka ta kudu. Dawa tayi nama an kuma samu warware matsalolin da sukayi tarnaki sosai, inda aka cimma yarjejeniyar baiwa Garang mukamin mataimakin shugaban kasa na daya da kuma Dr Tabita Vitrus a matsayin Ministar lafiya da kuma mukaman wasu ministoci.

Hakika wannan al'amari ya girgiza gwamnatin Khartoum, dan gudun zargin mara tushe, amma babban abinda ya karfafa musu guiwa shine Garang ya mutu ba'a yankin Arewacin Sudan ba, kuma ba'a cikin jirgin gwamnatin Khartoum ba, kamar dai mutuwar su Yakowa da Azazi da suka mutu a can kudancin Najeriya ba a Arewa ba balle a zargi Boko Haram da cewar sune suka tunkudo jirgin nasu. Dan haka har yau dinnan da Amerika da sauran munafukan da suke tare da Garang a wancan lokacin babu wanda ya ke bincikar ya akayi Garang ya fado a cikin jirgin da yayi sanadiyar halakarsa, saboda su suka aika kayansu lahira suka kashe suka binne wannan al'amari, ita kuma gwamnatin Khartoum daman gaba ta kaita gobarar titi.

Kawai sai suma suka nemi sulhuntawa da gwamnati, suka yi fatali da Ghaddafi da kuma zugar kasashen turawa. Anan kuma batun larabawan Janjaweed ya taso, da kuma batun shigar Majalisar dinkin duniya inda suka kafa United Nation Mission in Dafur (UNAMID), da kuma batun su Liou Morino O'campo, da kuma baun kama Bashir da laifukan yaki da cin zarafin Bil-Adama a Dafur. . . . . . . SHUGABA UMAR HASAN AHMAD AL-BASHIR: ZAKIN AFURKA [2]

Da farko yana da kyau mu fahimci cewar wannan yanki na Dafur yana da kusanci da kasashen Libiya da Tchadi sama da gwamnatin da take Khartoum, domin daga Khartoum zuwa Darfur akalla kana neman kwana uku idan motarka mai gudun tsiya ce. Haka kuma, yankin Darfur ya samu kansa a tsakiyar kasashen da suke da saukin shigar Makamai, misali kasar Tchadi ta sha fama da hare haren 'yan binduga wanda daga Tcadi sukan kwararo zuwa garuruwan El-Jineyna da El-Zalinje da El-Fashir da ke a yankin Darfur kuma suke da iyaka da Tchadin dan neman mafaka, wannan daga yamma kenan; sannan kuma, saharar dake Arewa maso yammaci da tayi iyaka da Libiya itama wata babbar dama ce ga batagari wajen safarar Makamai cikin sauki zuwa yankin Dafur, da kuma yankin Kudancin Sudan musamman a garuruwan West Bahr El-Ghazal da ya dare a yanzu  zuwa sabuwar kasar Sudan ta kudu.

Haka kuma, shi wannan yanki na Dafur zaka iya kwatantashi da cewa kamar wata katafariyar kasa ce a cikin Sudan. Domin yankin Dafur yana da wasu maka-makan jihohi guda biyar, wato akwai jihar Dafur ta Gabas da ta yamma da ta Arewa da ta Kudu da kuma jihar Dafur ta Tsakiya. Mutanan da suke zaune a wannan yankuna kabilun Fur ne da Hausawa da sauran tsirarun kabilun Afurka da suke zaune a yankin ko dai ta sanadiyar hanya da ta kawosu dan zuwa Makkah ko kuma masu tafiya Libya dan isa tsibirin Malta dan zuwa Turai.

Meye musabbabin rikicin yankin Dafur? Kafin mu yi bayanin musabbabin rikicin yankin Dafur yana da kyau mu sani cewar ita kasar Sudan ta sha fama da yakin Basasa daga kabilun Jange da Dunka daga Kudanci da kuma wasu 'yan tawaye daga Yankunan Damazien da Kasala dake yankin Gabshin kasar da kuma yankin Kordofan, an kwashe tsawon shekaru sama da 20 ana gwabzawa tsakanin Gwamnatin tsohon shugaba El-Numeri, wanda a shekarar 1975 yace ya kori duk wasu baki da suke zaune a kasar cikinsu kuwa harda Hausawa 'yan Najeriya masu yawan gaske da suke makale akan yankunan kan iyaka.

Asalin wannan rikici na yankin Dafur ya faro ne sakamakon rashin fahimta da kuma rashin yiwa gwamnati Uzuri watakila harma da gazawar gwamnatin. Wannan shine abinda ya dinga cin mutanan yankin a zuciya inda kasashen Tchadi da Libya suka yi amfani da wannan damar wajen baiwa al'ummar makamai akan su yaki Gwamnatin Khartoum; watakila ka ce Sukansu kasashen Tcadi da Libiya an zuga su akan su shigar da Makamai yanki, daga nan Ghaddafi yayi ta amfani da mutane irinsu Ibrahim Khalil da wani Abdulwahid Muhammad Nour a matsayin 'yan barandansa yana basu kudi da makamai suna kashe al'ummarsu da kansu.

Shakka babu an kafsa yaki a wannan yanki tsakanin Gwamnati da masu dauke da makamai. Ita gwamnatin Khartoum tana zargin kasashen Libya da Tchadi bisa zugar kasashen Turai da Amurka ba da yi mata kutsen kan iyaka da 'yan ta'adda masu dauke da makamai. Kuma wannan yaki zaka iya cewar daman turawa ne na yammacin duniya suka kitsashi, domin abinda zaka fara tambayar kanka shine mutanan da suke ikirarin gwamnati ta waresu ta mayar da su baya ina suke da kudaden mallakar makaman da zasu yaki hukuma? Ghaddafi yayi amfani da karfin tattalin arzikinsa wajen ruruta wannan rikici sannan kasashen turawa sun baiwa mutanan Kudanci wadan da Kiristoci ne makamai akan su samar da kungiyoyin da zasu taya 'yan yankin Dafur yaki da gwamnatin Khartoum, sannan kuma a gefe guda ga kasar Tchadi ita ma na tata hidimar wajen daurewa wannan fada gindi.

A cikin irin wannan yanayi sai gwamnatin Khartoum ta samu kanta a cikin wani irin yanayi na gaba kura baya siyaki. Domin a bangaren Kudu tana fama da Jangunawa da Dunkoki wadan da turawa suke zugawa, sannan a bangaren Gabas akwai su kansu wasu 'yan tawaye a yankunan Damazien da Kasala da Ghadaref da kuma Dalang a yankin Kudancin Kurdofan. Kai tsaye bazaka ce gwamnatin Khartoum bata aikata ba dai-dai ba a yankin Dafur, anyi barna da ta'adi tsakanin bangarorin guda biyu, amma fa gaskiya ba kamar yadda kafafan watsa labarai na turawan yamma suka dinga bayar da rahotannin cewar ankahe sama da mutane 200,000 sannan sama da mutum Miliyan Biyu sun tsere sun bar gidajensu ba, wannan ko kadan ba gaskiya bane. . . . . . . . .
